<chuckle>
Don't mean to take this lightly but you
may end up back where you started ...

I've used the following:

1) Anything involving primary ground.
2) Anything involving input power.
3) Anything involving output power.
3) Anything involving a laser.
4) Any component or material that comes into contact with AC.
5) Any plastic material.
6) Any conductive coating.
6) Any changes to the chassis, bottom pan, or cover to include
but not limited to adding or subtracting the number of vents,
changing the dimensions of the vents, changing the location
   of vents, ...
7) Any information including but not limited to voltage,
current, power, frequency, and not limited to
labels or manuals. This is to include sales and marketing
information to customers verbal or brochures.
8) Anything involving physical safety to the end user to
include but not limited to springs, gas shocks, latches,
   locks, ...

And believe me, when I started something like this
to clarify things for everyone with the same intent
as you, it almost made things worse. But, don't get
me wrong. Something like this IS necessary.

Good Luck!
