The ACA removed part A of the certified components list as it was hopelessly out of date. Australian test labs gave it a big 'no confidence' vote as some items on the list failed to comply with current safety standards. This old list should not be used with any degree of confidence.
The only people I'm aware of that maintain a register of approved components are BABT, who certify components including power supplies to safety requirements as per their Certification Regulations, components being marked with a "certified by BABT" tick. And to echo Vic's sentiments, compliant components does not mean a compliant product. The standard applicable to the overall product should be used as a guide.
