Dear Kim, I certainly know that the European test houses will require all safety related information such as fuse replacement and rating, type of power cord, special grounding, etc. to be provided in hard copy and other operational details is acceptable in the soft copy format such as floppy disk or CD Rom. Although the 950 standard does not specify what format the information should be available, but I was told by one of the test houses that the reason for hard copy is that normally users read any documents that comes with the product before they plug it in. I suppose it makes sense to. I am sure your local test house (DEMKO) will confirm this.
