We are designing a telecom device that should pass FCC part 15 class B spec. The device is supplied with power from a AC/DC wall-adapter. Most of these adapters don't have an earth wire. Will it help if I add an Earth wire ? Our enclosure is made out of a plastic material, so I cannot connect it to Earth.
