I want to thank everyone who responded to my request concerning the EN60950 and
TNV issues for my system.
I used the all TNV approach as initially suggested by Ted Warren and all the
good suggestions given to my by Bill Ellingford and especially Joe Randolph.
My report referred to all the relevant sections of EN60950 with respect to TNV
and user protections. All the appropriate dielectric withstand tests,
insulatations and user accessibility were verifed and passed all requirements.
As a result, the system got approved.
