If you are looking for protocol information you should have a look at ECMA´
s (European Computer Manufacturers Association) homepage
     http://www.ecma.ch
Members of ECMA have 'founded' QSIG. It is correct that in the meantime ISO
has standardized a lot of QSIG supplementary services, while still not all.
Besides that you can get ECMAs standards free of charge while ISO costs...
