It would appear that each member state of the EU is interpreting the scope of CTR21 differently. For example, in the UK it is possible to obtain a Pan-European approval for a DECT fixed part with CTR21. Meanwhile in Germany for example, it is not, and if you use want to use a German notified body you must still use German National approvals.
I read Allans e-mail regarding Spain, and was wondering if anybody else had similar experiences or have heard rumors regarding the importing of goods with a legitamate Pan-European approval issued outside the destination country for DECT+CTR21 equipment ?
