Sorry, When I try to sync, my laptop will not recognize the Treo which leads me to belive the USB drivers have something to do with it. I have uninstalled the drivers by uninstalling the Palm Desktop app and reinstalled the latest version but no luck. I do not however use Palm Desktop, I use Outlook and sync my contacts/tasks/notes etc.
