Hi-- I've been using my Treo 650 (CDMA) as an mp3 walkman. I use pTunes and I store mp3s on a 1GB SD card. I've never had problems adding mp3s that I've legitimately purchased (either online or ripped from a cd I've bought). However, I recently purchased the new Paul McCartney cd and I find that when I use palmone quick install... I cannot load all of the mp3s onto my SD card.
I've ripped the mp3s from the cd using Musicmatch Jukebox. Then I drag the mp3s into the palmone quick install window. Then I use hotsynch to transfer the mp3s to my Treo's SD card. The thing is, palmone quick install and hotsynch-ing will install all of the mp3s except four of the tracks. I've tried deleting the mp3s from my computer and from my Treo's SD card, re-ripping using Musicmatch, and then re-hotsynching the new mp3s using palmone quick install. All but the same four songs transfer to the card, but I can never get the same four songs to transfer. I have more than enough memory on the card. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?
