Butler is the only thing I've seen that replaces Attention Manager (then again I haven't looked too hard for one). Like Bill said, its not free, but its only like $9 and it gives you a LOT of flexibility for how to handle missed calls, SMS's, voice mails, and other attention manager functions. I think Mother is the app that preceded Butler from Hobbyist Software. I'm not sure if its still being updated, though.
