Are you asking what the largest currently available SD card is that will work with the 700p, or, rather, are you asking what the theoretical maximum addressable external storage is given the combined constraints of Palm OS and 700p hardware? If the former, an 8GB card will work if you load the 680's SDHC slot driver into RAM on the 700p. When 16GB SDHC cards come out, I fully expect those to work as well. Nobody knows for sure past that.
