I really appreciate all the responses to my question, albeit becoming
horribly off topic. And i don't generally like it when people are
sticklers about the well meaning responses they receive to their
questions.

However, am i breaking the law? Are those EULAs law? After all they are
written with the companies' best interests in mind. Not necessarily the
publics best interest. If I start a software company and start writting
EULAs however I feel fit are they going to be check by our countries law
makers before they are released to the public? Or are they instead only
checked by my companies lawyers to make sure we get the best possible deal
out if the sale?
