That crash issue is old and outdated. You can dismiss it. PalmOS has been crashing way MORE since the NVFS implementation, and WinMo has been making progress in the OTHER (the right one) direction, ALTHOUGH their implementation of NVFS in WinMo5 did bring some issue to them as well. But since it's a FULL OS implementation and not a "OS hack" like Palm did, it works better.
I *believe* WinMo6 should improve on stability. As per PalmOS-based devices, I believe the secret to a stable device is RAM, so that's why I have set 128 Mb as a minimum for me to migrate to a WinMo device. The X issue is dead, since SBP Mobile deals nicely with it and has truly before a MUST HAVE for any serious WinMo user. Even E-mail is better in a WinMo device *if you use an Exchange server*. If your thing is IMAP or POP3, ChatterEmail still has the advantage. But it's a dead product now. :p []s Sandro Campos Mancini ----- Original Message ----- From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2007 12:05 PM Subject: RE: [Treo] The Dark Side > See, that is where I have an issue.
