I'm a Treo600 user, and if you can move up to the 650 for just $25
more than the 600 - you should get the 650.

The 650 comes with RealPlayer, a MUCH better camera (that also does
video), and BlueTooth. If I had a 650, I could lose my data cable,
use my 600 as an MP3 player, take pictures worth keeping (the
Treo600's pictures are so grainy and pixellated that I haven't saved
ANY of the pictures I've taken with it), and if I'd bought a 650,
I'd probably keep it another year or more.

The 600 just isn't competitive with other modern phones, but the 650
is still very competitive in my opinion.

At the time I made the decision, my 600 was $200, and 650's were
$500-700. So, to save $500 - I went with the 600, but now that
there is barely a cost difference between the 600 and 650, I'm
shopping for a good used 650.

That being said, I've LOVED having my Treo600. I use it for keeping
track of movies I want to watch, appointments, contacts, tons of
freeware games and other software, great after purchase support of
Palm...

Lots of good reasons to get a Treo. If I had the money, I'd have a
700wx - but the 600 does everything I need. I just want a better
camera and bluetooth mostly.
