<<You _do_ realize that Windows Mobile is *not* the same as Windows,
right? They're not compatible (as in using the same programs) or
comparable (as in using the same UI) on any level except for the name.
Well, um, enjoy. Personally, I would find downgrading from a 320x320
display to one just about half that resolution (56% to be exact) to be
really painful.>>

Yes sir I do....been using winmob for quite a long time. But actually I beg
to differ with you on one point.....once you've learned to use windows, from
say win95 and forward, you can basically sit down to any computer and
function....and that includes windows mobile....especially if you're any
sort of a power user. But even my boss can do that and he's definitely not
computer savvy. I am a little concerned with being used to the large display
on the 8525 and the large keyboard, but they do come with a price. Its a
very bulky phone to carry around, and you can't type anything without
sliding the keyboard open, unless you like the little virtual keyboard. It's
not something I hated, but did get annoyed with from time to time. One of my
pet peeves is when using Telenav and phone in windshield mount, I have to
take it out to open keyboard and search for stuff.....big pain. I did alot
of thinking before making this switch and have been using my back up
phone.......a moto L7 sliver for a few days, to get used to the smaller
screen again. Far as I'm concerned nothing is forever.......and if I want a
new phone to play with bad enough to shell out over $500 for it, then I buy
it and when something better comes along, I just might do it again.....and
either keep the treo 750 and have both or sell it....never a problem selling
a gently used fancy phone for a little discount and recovering most of my
investment.......joy
