Hey, I have a ThinkOutside IR keyboard that worked great with my 600 and have been watching the TO website to see if they are going to offer updated drivers. For several weeks they indicated that the 680 was being "tested" so I emailed them. This is their response:
<Hello Karen, Due to the Form factor of the Treo 680, we do not claim compatibility with the IR keyboard. The Treo 680 does not fit on the IR keyboard. At this time there will be no IR driver for the 680.
