And I'm experiencing the slow response time to commands sometimes, too. And my A key doesn't work sometimes. I figure it's time for a hard reset & reload. I know I have to backup the unit. Will doing a sync be sufficient? I don't think I need to selectively restore apps, so shouldn't a sync/hard reset/sync to restore be sufficient?
