[Treo] TomTom on Treo

TomTom on my Treo 700P runs so slow!  It's beyond annoyance.  It run  
fine with my form 650.  Obviously not a function of RAM.  I was  
always low on 650, plenty with 700.  dbCache?  Somehow allocate and  
lock memory to TomTom?  I don't know how to do that.  Any other  
suggestions?  Need help.
