I've not tried adding documents or pix to my 700P, but I've been able to add prc files just fine by emailing them to myself. I use chatter and it will let me install attached prc files. Also, Palm claims they will have a Quick Install beta for Vista sometime this summer, so hopefully that will be relatively soon...
