There's a thought I hadn't had. I have RescoBackup set to run at 0300 daily.
Under Scheduler Options, Turn of after scheduled backup is NOT checked.
Ah - there it is, under Schedule|Advanced - Flush DbCache after backup 
and Reset after backup both are checked.
So lets see what morning brings with the reset option unchecked.
