At first I thought I had the same problem with my 680 and Cardo BT, but 
what I found was I had no ring tones assigned in Pref|SOunds & 
Alerts|Ring Tones. I had known caller, unknown caller and roaming all 
set to No Sound, which works for me since my sound switch has only 
rarely been in the non-silent position.
    But when I assigned ring tones, I got the ring in both the headset 
and the phone.
    Also, under Prefs|Hands-Free, I also have Always Route call to 
Hands-free selected, and Auto-Answer disabled. Neither setting should 
matter, though, for this problem.
