I don't know about faster, but Textras works in Takephone, pEdit, DBk61
and Versamail. I'm thinking what the web site is saying is not that it
has to be a native app text field, but only that your Palm device has to
be running OS5.
I'm liking Textras. It doesn't require any invocation stroke like
Graffiti or SC5, and there isn't the four-character limit as with SC5.
It seems to work just like MS Office AutoCorrect -- type the shortcut,
hit a space or punctuation, and Bam! bevil becomes Bendersville.
