That would certainly be my approach! I know because I've been told by
Verizon that Verizon will let you out if they can't fix the service. I
know because I've been told by Sprint that Sprint isn't as forgiving.

So far I'm very happy with Sprint's cellular service, and their customer
service has been overall probably a 6 on a scale of  10.  Nice enough;
some people who know what they're talking about; more who are clueless.

I have gotten a bit behind on reading my email, but I would have to be
given direct proof that Sprint canned someone for calling Customer
Service too much. I just don't believe that, unless the cannee was
abusive in some way.

Cheers,
Don

It would seem unfair that one cannot do something similar to them.
Decide that you have had enough of them and terminate your agreement -
WITHOUT incurring the penalty. But I think Don here mentioned that you
can do this, you just have to be able to talk to them in a way that
communicates that you understand that you could easily sue them if they
tried to penalize you for leaving when you are leaving because you are
dissatisfied with your service. Right, Don?

I haven't been a Sprint customer for years and this still really irks
me.
They expect you to stay with them for years - if not forever - put up
with
their problems, pay big bucks if you get tired of their repeated
failures,
but when you call them on it they only have to give you 3 weeks notice
to
dump you? That's just WRONG.
