I use WorldMate standard edition v.10 (www.mobimate.com) for time and weather. It syncs with atomic clocks. Some of its other features: - displays 5 simultaneous cities' times on main screen - displays weather info for hundreds of cities. - day/night world map - converts money among all currencies - units/measurements converter - list of world city area codes - world clothing sizes converter
There is also a "pro" version for people who travel a lot, which I think gives you access to more cities for time and weather, and also airline flight schedules.
