I have a Treo 755p on which I have never used Bluetooth. Last night my brother stopped by with his new Jawbone headset (using with a 700p) and offered it to me to try it out with my phone. To make a long story short we could not get it to pair with my phone. The phone could see it and listed it as Jawbone in the Discovery Results window. However when I selected it from the list and attempted to connect it would immediately flash an error message and then quickly pop up another window saying that it could not connect. The second window would appear so fast that I was able to determine its message. This headset connects and pairs just fine to the 700p. Is there some setting in my Treo that I need change? Is the Bluetooth in my 755p bad? I have seen postings on this list from others who have successfully connected the 755 and Jawbone, it is a cause of concern to me that my phone could not.
