Your phone can only be paired with one thing at a time and a headset can only be paired with one thing at a time. Be sure to turn the other phone off and turn any other bluetooth headset off that your phone may be paired with. You may have to delete any other headset that is in your "trusted" list. It gets real tricky when you have 2 or 3 phones and a couple different headsets in one room!!!!!
