I am a member of several groups here (YahooGroups) and over GoogleGroups. >From my personal experience, GG is snappier to send and receive messages. For those lists that support HTML and attachments, two big extra advantages: GG retains images and attachments online (YG does not) and GG has no lame 1-meg limit for attachments like YG does.
