In my Treo 680 Headcold would "reset loop" my Treo, not resetting it right
after being installed, but as soon as a reset happened, my Treo could not
recover from it. Only by doing a WARM reset and removing Headcold could I
properly reset my Treo. What a pity, such a great idea! Is there any other
application with this feature? What I am looking for is an application that
directs ALL sound to the headset (when plugged). I would expect it to be
"automagic", turning redirection on when plugging the headset, and off when
unplugging it.

Try Headcold - it lets you choose where audio should go
