If Resco backup locks a program or two during backup, they would still get
backed up?

Just want to be sure.

I have not done this with Resco backup because I assumed Locker had the apps
already locked and is not needed to be locked in Resco Backup. Am I correct
with this assumption?

Resco Backup will only lock 'unsafe apps' while it's doing the backup.
Good to prevent crashes during and immediately after the backup, but
that's it. Not for the rest of the time.
