So are you saying if you lock the apps in Locker, then you don't need to also 
lock in Backup?

 IF you have Locker locking the apps, then yes.  In Locker, apps that
 are locked will show the 'locked' attribute flag in the Attributes
 column.  Apps that are being locked by Locker will have a padlock icon
 in second Icon column.
