I forgot that part.
    Which also reminds me -- and this is a little weird -- if you 
download Textras from, say, treoCentral, you get version 1.0, which has 
some limitations. The limitations go away with v1.1, which you can 
download from www.dovcom.com/textras.html
    But you can't register v1.1 because the developer has disappeared. 
Doesn't answer his email.
    I downloaded v1.1 from his site because it was mentioned on this 
list (I'm not cussing here, just relting a sequence to an end). Then, 
because I thought maybe buying it through TreoCentral would get me the 
registered version AND the upgrade, I paid up and loaded that over top 
of the previous version.
    I have no idea how this worked, but I now have v1.1, registered. 
without a limit on, for one thing, the number of shortcuts I can have (I 
have a pile more than the 10 limit for the unregistered version.
    So that's it. Textras is essentially freeware, also; you just have 
to jump a hoop or two, and know you'll get no support if you mess up.
