[Treo] Reliable source for an unlock code

I'm going to have to get a 650 repaired by Palm. It was originally
sold by Cingular but is now unlocked. Palm will send it or a
replacement back locked to AT&T. I would appreciate it if anyone can
recommend an honest, reliable source for getting the replacement
unlocked?
