Use CardReader or an SD card reader to copy all backup files from your SD card to your PC. This assumes that the backup files are in a format that can be read from your PC. For example, I can unzip all my RescoBackup files on my PC. If they're not readable, try a full back with no compression or encryption and then do the copy.
