In a nutshell, there are no settings here.  In order to NOT back
something up, BackupBuddy need to back it up at least once so it's
known, then you can set that individual item to not back up.  The only
items set to be excluded are those set that way by default by
BackupBuddy, and there are only 16 items so set, leaving a gap of some
300 missing items.
