it also won't play WMVs below a certain video bitrate. You can use any of the ipod and psp converters (PSPVideo9 for example) to comvert WMV files to MP4 files that can be played in TCPMP - but make sure you don't pick the version with AAC.
VLC will convert WMV files into DivX, MP4, and ASF but the codec/container combinations may not be understandable by TCPMP.
