If you've updated your 700p to firmware version 1.10, then it should
support all SD and SDHC cards.  If you have not and/or your 700p is
running something less than 1.10, then only "SD" cards 2GB and lower
will be supported.  To check your firmware version, enter the Phone
app, hit Menu, then Options:Phone Info.  Next to Software you should
find something that looks like Treo700p-1.xx-NNNN where 1.xx is your
firmware version and NNNN is your carrier.

The class (2, 4, and 6) on SDHC cards roughly corresponds to the speed
-- bigger numbers = faster cards (in general).  I wouldn't recommend a
Class 2 card and tend to believe that you get the best results with
the fastest card you can afford.  But that's me.
