David: Having used the 700p on Verizon, my advice to stay away from it. It is a very serious battery hog, even with the Seidio battery I had difficulty getting thru a day. I have since moved to a 680(on ATT/Cingular) which appears to be a lot better on the battery front. Also the app integration of the basic apps on the 680 is better.
