I use it a lot. Anyway, it's not the 5-way to which I object, It's the
keyboard.
I have Jot installed so I can write on the screen. I've written whole
newspaper stories on my Treo. I wish it had a slightly larger keyboard;
the darn thing's too small for my fingers - though I have been
practicing lately.
