Have you actually tested what the Butler keyguard allows you to use to answer the call without unlocking first? If the keys won't do it, but the screen will...have you tried selecting "Disable touchscreen: when incoming calls received" in the Treo's preferences? ______ Bill O-Qua Tangin Wann
