I use backupman with options set to hourly & differential & for some reason
this does not backup the changes in contacts / task & callender

I would be curious about other options but without a backup utility (resco
or others) I would think you can go back one revision (till the last
hotsync). It should be the .bak file, copy it some where and rename the
original to .dat . The location should C:\Program Files\Palm\(Your User
Name)\address (todo....)
