I think what you need then is http://www.callwave.com.  I use it and phone
VM is fwd to Callwave, and then you have several choices.  Callwave can send
you its translation of voice to text (vtext), as a sms msg (works about 70%
in translation).  You can also manage your VM with a small applet on your
computer (ala iPhone Visual Voice mail) and also make calls from this
applet.  I have sent you an invite
