The way I got it to work for me is that all unanswered calls to my office phone are already forwarded to my cell and all unanswered calls to my cell are forwarded to GrandCentral. I don't plan to give out the GrandCentral phone #. Callers won't be aware of GrandCentral at all. -- Larry Hess, CPA | Albuquerque, NM
