I really like the clear silicon skin that I bought on ebay a year ago, for less than $5 plus postage, combined with an old-fashioned stick-on screen protector sheet (Office Max, Office Depot, Staples, etc) on the screen. Search on "treo 650 silicon skin" and you'll come up with current offerings. Mine is frosted/clear, but all sorts of colors are listed. It is thicker (1/16 - 1/8 in.) than the Invisible Shield that Alli recommends, so it won't fit in most holsters, but I never used a holster -- purse takes care of that. It provides cushioning if you drop it, which the InvisiShield may not. If you need to do a reset :-( it slips off easily. Very handy!
