To get the best possible experience: - use an IMAP account - set filters and folders in your IMAP account to receive your E-mail accordingly - create the folders you need with the appropriate E-mail check interval and notification sound for each folder I have both my personal and work IMAP E-mail accounts in ChatterEmail. Only the INBOXes are fully online, and only they are allowed to notify me, the other folders are set to check E-mail on different intervals and so it silently, no notification involved.
