I would think that the Blackberry Connect for Palm OS would work http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/enabled/os.jsp
But the site says it only works for Treo 650 and 680 smartphone. It appears that it is carrier dependent ala AT&T. Sprint must not support the service which seems whacky that it would require wireless service provider assistance other than connecting the Treo to the Corporate's Blackberry email server via the Internet/data plan.
