I do get enthusiastic when something surprises me (in a good way). Surprises so far in 2007:
1. 755p, while its specs look like a 700p without an antenna, is actually incrementally better in several areas. 2. Sprint (cellular) service not only no longer sucks in my area, but is in fact as much better than Verizon as Verizon was better than T-Mobile and AT&T. 3. Centro, while its specs look like a kids version of the 755p, is actually incrementally better in several areas. 4. Sweep! Sweep! And, unfortunately, SWEEP! The Centro is, as I type this, doing the following without incident: 1. Playing 'Rocky Mountain Way' by Joe Walsh (yes, I did want the Rockies to win!!). 2. Showing me my calendar for tomorrow. 3. Acting, by Bluetooth, as a modem for my laptop on which I'm typing this. No skips in the music. No disconnects from the Internet. No hiccups with Versamial temporarily being blocked from receiving its push updates (while I'm connected through Bluetooth from the laptop). No problems whatsoever. Even when I try to force Versamail to sync, it just quietly waits to be able to! Who needs 'real' multitasking?!?! Cheers, Don [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
