My 700P was initially unstable, but it was because I had simply "built" it by syncing it with everything that had previously been on my 650P. After I did a hard reset and installed the programs one by one, I don't think I have had a single reset. You should know, however, that I am not a power user. I don't get email on it, but I run TomTom and many other programs. It is a little slow sometimes, but mostly, it works great.
