This may vary by manufacturer, but I do this on my own PC at:
Start | Control Panel | Bluetooth | COM Ports

that tab shows up in one of the images on this page:
http://www.filesaveas.com/belkinusb.html

It'll probably be in the manual for your device somewhere
as well, and possibly in Microsoft Windows's built-in Help. 

I am not unwilling to walk you through that, but it
would be billable time (I am a consultant) and probably
not cost-effective for this task.  :)
