Is the ROM customised or from Palm? If custom, can it be put here or mailed me? Any site where people discuss and customise ROM?

Just upgraded the ROM in my 680 and supposedly a new feature is: "Enhanced ringtone support - MP3 and other sound files purchased from the web or sent from friends can now be set as ringtones and alerts (formats: MP3, AAC, AAC+, MIDI, WAV, and AMR)." But I can't for the life of me figure out how to invoke this. The sound options for the phone look completely unchanged. Has anyone figured this out? Thanks!
