Hi everyone. Answered my own question (accidentally) and thought I'd share. The other day I was downloading an MP3 file in Blazer and, where I used to (IIRC) get only two options (save to card or save to memory) I now have a new additional option -- save as ringtone. I didn't try it because frankly I like my current ringtone but there you are, finally we at least know how to use this new feature.
If anyone actually tries it please report back on your success.
